Nov 1 to Feb 28 (Prime High season) Also major holidays such as Songkran, Chinese New Year	US$ 1,150 per day
March 1 to Oct 31	US$ 850 per day

Rental rates are for a minimum of one week
Shorter stays will be considered, as will lower rates (especially for small parties and/or during off season)
Substantial discounts of up to 40% are possible on a case by case basis where only one or a few rooms are needed. This offer applies primarily in the low- and off-seasons.
Bookings over Christmas / New Year : usually a minimum of 15 days is required
